Most Internet service providers offer access to Usenet Newsgroups as a standard part of their service. www.Newscene.com has two different account types depending on what you need. They start their prices at $3.75 per month paid annually for the basic service ($45 per year) or $7.50 per month paid annually ($90 per year) for the complete service.
